The cost of web hosting has paid for itself time and time again. When I have been stumped with technical errors or coding issues, they have been there to help. All you need to do is open a technical support ticket (which is easy to do and found in a prominent place), and one of the team responds. They say it will be within an hour, but generally, it’s been 10 minutes. I’ve never been asked to pay anything additional; it’s all been included. I actually think they have helped me save money!
The biggest perk is that they are incredibly friendly. The customer service is second to none. I have asked some pretty dumb questions.
